TallyKhata started using live chat with REVE Chat

Bangladesh's homegrown solution ReveChat's live chat platform with IM technology has started using TallyKhata, the country's largest micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) digital platform, for over ten lakh traders. With a delegate, they can manage messages from all channels including Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites from just one platform. Users are getting instant support by typing in English, Bengali and even Banglish i.e., Bengali in English font. Besides, the platform has all the necessary tools like co-browsing and audio-video calling to provide the highest quality customer service.

This information was conveyed in a press release on Saturday. It was informed that an agreement was reached between REVE Systems and TallyKhata at the TallyKhata office on May 30.

Regarding the agreement, the CEO of TallyKhata Dr. Shahadat Khan said, “This partnership with REVE Chat is a significant milestone for TallyKhata. The signing of the agreement was held in the presence of top officials of both the organizations. On behalf of TallyKhata CEO Dr. Shahadat Khan, PhD, Chief Technology Officer Mahafuzur Rahman Masum, Chief Product Officer Amiya Das, Chief Growth Officer Muhammad Awlad Hossain, Head of Business Farooq Hossain were present; on the other side, Group CEO M Rezaul Hasan, Chief Commercial Officer Raihan Hossain, GM Vishwajit Saha, AGM Md. Shahinur Rahman attended the event on behalf of Reve Group.

TallyKhata and TallyPay are services of Bangladeshi financial institution Pragati Systems Limited (PSL), which mainly works in digital financial services and technology development for the private sector. Earlier, the company worked on the country's largest digital payment project through 'SureCash', which served nearly one crore households.

Founder and CEO of PSL Dr. Shahadat Khan was a teacher at BUET and completed his PhD from Canada. The company formed with the investment of various investors from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada and SBI Group and Standard Chartered Bank is determined to build Digital Bangladesh.
